Program Management

Assessment Advantage's extensive experience in managing large government programs with elements of engineering design, integration, qualification testing, production, integrated logistics support, training, and support of the fielded product. We can help structure programs, review program plans and schedules as well as consult relative to program execution. Earned value techniques, risk management, integrated master scheduling and programs functioning as integrated product teams (IPTs) are all within our knowledge and experience. 

Related to and key in the execution of a program is the need to continuously improve processes so that programs run more efficiently and cost effectively. Assessment Advantage uses proven techniques such as lean and six sigma to identify areas in current processes in need of improvement and then proceed to recommend actions for the client to take to realize the improvements. This is all done with the organization's participation so that organization members take ownership of the improvements, increasing the likelihood of implementation and sustainment.
